Solemn Whispers – “Test of True Followership” (Must Read)

MEMORY VERSE: LUKE 9:62 (AMP)-“Jesus said to him, No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back [to the things behind] is fit for the Kingdom of God”.
We all have responsibility of praying for our leaders. If we don’t pray for them, they will surely mislead us.
Developing a dynamic fellowship is a discipline. True test of a leader is whether his followers will adhere to his course from their own volition, enduring the most arduous hardships without being forced to do so & remaining steadfast in the moments of greatest peril.
Jesus Christ is our overall leader. We have  to give Him love with the whole of our hearts in order to follow Him wherever He leads.
A follow  should seek to serve; be enthusiastic, be aware, courageous, optimistic and set good examples. Be responsible & diplomatic, cos a follower makes a leader.
An effective follower must be competent, courageous, and should show some level of commitment.
In conclusion,  are you a leader or follower? The reality is that we play both roles (of a leader and a follower) simultaneously.
PRAYERS: Father in heaven, help us as individuals to be committed to our various responsibilities. AMEN .
